What information do we collect?

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We use secure technology to protect personally identifiable information. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will be kept on file for the minimum period required to comply with U.S. statues on retention of purchase information. (The current retention requirement is three years.)

Do we use cookies?

Cookies are small units of data that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

You have selected the Full Mode tutorial for FTP Voyager. This tutorial will help you to understand the layout and some of the features of FTP Voyager while running in full mode. The following image shows FTP Voyager's Full Mode panes:

NOTE: the screen shot above represents the default user interface configuration.

Options
The user interface may be configured by visiting "View | Options | User Interface | Look and Feel".

Remote Tree
The Remote Tree, when connected to an FTP server, shows folders as found on the server. Select a folder in the Remote Tree to view the contents of the selected folder in the Remote List.

Remote List
The Remote List, when connected to an FTP server, shows the contents of folders on the remote computer (FTP server). The Remote Pane works in the same fashion as the Local Pane. Double click on a desired folder, select from the Remote Tree, or use the Up Dir button to change directories.

Local Tree
The Local Tree shows folders as found on your computer or hard drive. Select a folder in the Local Tree to view the contents of the selected folder in the Local List. Local List The Local List shows files and folders that are on your hard drive. To move to a different folder select from the Local list or double click on the desired folder.

Log Pane
The Log Pane is the lower left pane while running in FTP Voyager. The Log Pane shows the commands and responses between your computer and the FTP server. The information here shows you that FTP Voyager is working with your server, and is also a good diagnostic tool for technical support.

Transfer Pane
The Transfer Pane in the lower right corner of FTP Voyager, shows any current file transfers and their status.

When transfers are occurring a pop-up transfer dialog may also appear.
