Mark is a software developer, who has been writing software for personal computers since 1982. While going to school at Marquette University he joined Aardvark McGraw-Hill writing a Pascal code formatting program for UCSD Pascal, the primary operating system and programming language used at Aardvark McGraw-Hill. Mark quickly moved on to dBase II programming to organize customer orders and records, then to product development working on Aardvark's Estate Tax Planner.
After graduating from Marquette University in 1984 with a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science, Mark joined 3 former Aardvark employees to form Business Systems Design, focusing on Statistical Process Control software used to control and analyze manufacturing operations.
In 1988 Mark left Business Systems Design to work as a consultant at Adicon Consulting and Design where he met and worked with Jim Wayner, co-founder of Rhino Software, Inc. Mark's clients included General Electric Medical Systems, Kohler Corporation, Allen-Bradley / Rockewell Automation, as well as others such as Miller and Thompson Forwarding.
In late 1989, Mark joined Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation where he developed software to control automation devices such as the Smart Linear Sensor, CVIM2, and AdaptaScan. Mark became the lead PC developer for Allen-Bradley's 3rd generation vision inspection system prior to leaving Allen-Bradley.
After more than 5 years at Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation, Mark transferred to Rockwell Software's Emerging Technologies Division. At his new position, Mark worked on the latest technology for Automation software including RSSPC, an ActiveX control used to embed Statistical Process Control in applications.
October 1996 brought the realization of Mark's professional goals: Rhino Software was founded with Jim Wayner. Mark is now Rhino Software, Inc.'s President.
Mark enjoys spending time with his family, SCUBA diving, water skiing, riding his motorcycles, motorcycle building, and takes great pleasure in watching his family and company grow.

Jonathan wrote his first Apple II program in fourth grade to generate treasures for his favorite game and has been hooked on the idea of user friendly automation ever since.
Employed as a programmer, graphic designer and mainframe operator from high school through college, Jonathan eventually graduated from Northern Illinois University with Honors and separate BS degrees in Computer Science and Operations Management.
He moved from Illinois and initially joined Standard Networks in Madison as a "technical support specialist" but was quickly pulled through a QA role into product management. In that role, he developed an early managed file transfer product called MOVEit and, after earning an
MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, guided it through its eventual acquisition. Next Jonathan founded a vendor-independent think-tank called File Transfer Consulting that researched the effect of emerging
technology such as IPv6 and cloud on file transfer, provided a unique perspective on the managed file transfer industry and performed both tactical and strategic consulting for a variety of clients.
In November of 2011, Jonathan joined Rhino Software, Inc. as its Vice President of Product Management. In this role Jonathan is responsible for increasing RhinoSoft's presence in the market through product development, marketing, partnerships and the like.
Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family, especially outdoors, and kayaks/canoes whenever he can. You can also find him in amateur endurance events such as the Tough Mudder, the RockMan, and Tyranena's Oktoberfest.

Shortly after Doug’s introduction to computers at the tender age of 10, a career was chosen when he decided that it was more fun to tell the computer what to do instead of the other way around. On his journey to receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, he was hired by Rhino Software, Inc. as a part-time employee. Doug began development work on specialized software for WinGate that was designed to help configure computers for Internet access and Internet connection sharing (ICS).
In January 2000, after Rhino Software, Inc. gave notice to its publisher of their intention to terminate their distribution agreement, Doug began teaching himself HTML, ASP, and VBScript in preparation for maintaining the online systems necessary for Rhino Software, Inc. to begin publishing their own software. Serving in this role over the next 2.5 years, Doug created the original online purchase system and many of the original customer service utilities now encompassed by the Online Customer Service Center.
After completing his full-time course work at MSOE in the Spring of 2002 and receiving his B.S. degree in Software Engineering, Doug transitioned to a full-time software development position at Rhino Software, Inc. He began his new tenure by starting development work on the DNS4Me dynamic DNS service, which served as his primary focus for the next several years. Over the past 8 years, Doug has worked on virtually every product developed by Rhino Software, Inc. in various degrees of involvement from design and development, to Web interface architecture and product installation.
He continues to serve as the principle developer of FTP Voyager while also helping to design and develop the core libraries that make the Rhino Software product library a robust and reliable file transfer suite.
In his free time, Doug enjoys reading just about any book he can get his hands on, reading books to his family, keeping up with advances in technology, and playing the occasional video game.

Jon is a Web Software Developer who has been entrenched in the world of web and software development since 1999. Jon first discovered that he enjoyed designing and building web sites while attending the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, where he graduated with a BBA in Computer Technologies. Originally a Finance and Business Law Major, Jon found he enjoyed the required computer courses much more than the courses pertaining to his major and promptly changed to Computer Technologies.
During his final semester of college, Jon worked as an intern for Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) where he developed multi-language devotional web sites.
Jon's first "real" job out of college was with Krones, Inc., a developer and manufacturer of innovative packaging equipment and filling systems. While at Krones, Jon developed many internal intranet based systems for tracking and organizing BOM manuals, digitally created service manuals, and an automated employee attendance and vacation tracking system.
In May of 2002, Jon left Krones, Inc. to take a job with Rhino Software, Inc. as a full-time web developer. Jon has been dedicated to improving and expanding the RhinoSoft web sites with the customer's online experience as the primary focus. Jon has been responsible for developing the RhinoSoft Knowledge Base, shopping cart system, Online Customer Service Center, and also created the graphical user interface (GUI) for Zaep AntiSpam.
Jon enjoys spending time with his family, working on his wife's pottery website (Handmade-Dinnerware.com), hunting, fishing, and generally anything to do with the outdoors.

Our products provide three primary benefits:
- Access Files from Anywhere - Serv-U’s advanced mobile and web transfer interfaces allow people to access their business documents from any device, anywhere, and at any time. Integration with Active Directory and NAS devices is supported and encouraged.
- Affordable Managed File Transfer - When Serv-U is deployed with Serv-U Gateway and clustered for high availability it provides the best value in managed file transfer. Streaming transfers ensure compliance with PCI DSS and similarly tough security requirements by keeping data out of the DMZ.
- Traditional Secure File Transfer - Serv-U and FTP Voyager provide better capabilities and superior ease of use than legacy products from competitors such as GlobalSCAPE® and Ipswitch® - and often for a lower price!
Our popular Serv-U server and FTP Voyager client brands are primarily sold through our online store and growing network of channel partners.
Both brands are now sold in more than
90 countries and continue to fuel the double-digit growth that recently carried us past an annual worldwide sales mark of $5 million.
