Senior Software Developer

RhinoSoft.com is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, develop and document high-quality FTP, SFTP (SSH2), and HTTP software with a strong focus on User Interface. This position is geared toward individuals who love working with technology and can be very productive developing software using established ideas as well as new concepts. • Establish product requirements via customer feedback and established standards.
• Design product and product features based upon requirements.
• Work within and guide small software development team.
• Follow RFC standards.
• Research and develop new technology to complete goals.
• Share technical expertise and knowledge with junior members of the team.

• B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science or like degree or experience.
• Complete understanding of C++, MFC, COM, and Windows with several years of experience.
• A good ability to design and develop GUI related software.
• Knowledge of networking and Windows programming.
• Ability to demonstrate expected programming skills as well as creative solutions to problems.
• Ability to work very independently as well as in a team environment.

• Network programming skills including FTP, HTTP, SFTP (SSH2), DNS, and more.
• SQL, MySQL, Oracle, or other related database programming using C++.
