The intent of this newsletter is to give you some pointers on our products. This newsletter highlights Serv-U evolution through customer suggestions and feedback.

Serv-U Evolution Through Customer Suggestions

I have witnessed Serv-U go through a lot of major changes in the last 2 years. Serv-U has come a long way, starting as an industry leading FTP server and evolving into a feature rich file server with limitless possibilities. I never would have thought 2 years ago that Serv-U would have the features and capabilities that it supports today.

A lot of these new features started as simple email suggestions by our customers. Over time we've accumulated hundreds of customers suggestions for the same great features that have eventually made it into the Serv-U File Server. Some of these great ideas include Events, Custom Logos, SFTP over SSH support, third party SSL certificate support, and much much more - all of which were suggested by our customers.

Feel free to submit more great ideas for features you would like to see implemented in up and coming releases of Serv-U - in fact, we strongly encourage it! Once we receive an idea we will add it to a list of feature requests. If an idea or feature request is implemented in Serv-U File Server, we will even contact those customers that have requested these great ideas to personally let them know we have implemented their ideas and suggestions and let them know when the features will be available for download.

We here at RhinoSoft.com thank you, our customers, for helping to shape Serv-U File Server into the innovative product that it is today. We continue to look forward to all those great ideas and suggestions and also look forward to improving and making Serv-U File Server even better for years and years to come.
