Support Policy
SolarWinds offers Serv-U customers a business-class level of support that includes free updates to newer versions of Serv-U as long as your Serv-U maintenance contract is current. Serv-U maintenance includes web and email technical support. Serv-U MFT Server maintenance also includes live phone support.
FTP Voyager is supported on thwack, SolarWinds's community and forum. New versions of this free tool may be obtained and applied at any time.
